How to Cancel
To cancel, contact the Nilvex team on WhatsApp or by email at bookings@nilvex.com with your booking reference. Cancellation time is calculated from the moment of receipt and confirmation by our team.
Supplier-Side Cancellation
In the rare case that a supplier must cancel, the Nilvex team will find an immediate alternative or issue a full refund of the deposit.
Force Majeure
In documented emergency situations (medical emergencies, natural disasters), refund requests will be considered on an exceptional, case-by-case basis.
